WellDevelop Roastery is a representative who currently runs a roastery cafe, and this time, we started this project together with Heeyeonjae to run a small but fruitful cafe by forming a professional hand drip coffee bar in Yeongjongdo.

웰디벨롭 로스터리는 현재 로스터리 카페를 운영하고 있는 대표자로  이번에는 영종도에 전문 핸드드립 커피 바를 구성해 작지만 알찬 카페를 병행하여 운영하고자 이번 프로젝트를 희연재와 함께 진행하게 되었습니다.



This WellDevelop Roastery has been decorated with a modern feel that is small but beautiful and full of space for customers who prefer a coffee shop with a simple yet clean atmosphere.

이번 웰디벨롭 로스터리는 심플하면서도 깔끔한 분위기의 커피전문점을 선호하는 고객들을 위해 작지만 아름답고 공간감 넘치는 모던한 느낌으로 인테리어를 진행하였습니다.



The main color of the interior of WellDevelop Roastery located in Yeongjongdo is ivory for the ceiling and walls, and the floor material is 600*600 tiles with terrazzo pattern among polishing tiles to give a sense of luxury. The back is all expressed in walnut color to express a sense of weight.

영종도에 소재한 웰디벨롭 로스터리 인테리어 메인 컬러는 천정과 벽면은 아이보리를 사용하였고, 바닥 소재는 폴리싱 타일 중 테라조 무늬가 들어간 600*600 타일로 고급스러움을 느낄 수 있도록 하면서, 커피 바와 상부장 바 하부장 등은 모두 월넛 색상으로 무게감을  표현하였습니다.



The upper part of the coffee bar is made of a ceramic top to create a bright and luxurious look, and at the same time, by setting a feature rinser on the upper part, it is easy to wash for hand dripping.

커피 바 상부는 세라믹 상판으로 밝고 고급스러움 연출함과 동시에 상부에는 피처린서 세팅을 함으로써  핸드드립을 위한 세척을 용이하게 하였고, 바 앞쪽에서 고객들이 앉아서 바로바로 커피를 제공받을 수 있도록 편의를 제공하였습니다.



In particular, the U-shaped coffee bar is designed to provide an efficient flow for baristas and to conveniently pick up customers right away. In addition, indirect lighting was set on the lower part of the coffee bar and the upper and lower parts of the upper cabinet to create a subtle atmosphere in the furniture, and various shaped pebbles were set on the lower part of the coffee bar to add a sense of luxury.

특히, ㄷ  자 형태의 커피 바를 통해 바리스타에게는 효율적인 동선을 제공하고 고객에게는 바로바로 편하게 픽업 할 수 있도록 구성하였습니다. 거기에 커피 바 하부 및 위 상부장 상하부에는 간접 조명을 세팅하여 가구에서도 은은한 분위기를 낼 수 있도록 하였으며 커피 바 하부 바닥에는 다양한 모양의 자갈을 세팅하여 고급스러움을 더하였습니다.



As a way to manage a small space more efficiently, we have organized a room that utilizes the space on one side of the store so that it can be used as a space for paperwork and storage.

넓지 않은 공간을 좀 더 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방법으로 매장 내부 한쪽 공간을 활용한 룸 구성으로 서류 작업과 창고 공간으로도  활용할 수 있도록 하였습니다.



The overall lighting of the WellDevelop Roastery is set to create an atmospheric and bright lighting tone with a warm light bulb-colored pin lighting setting, and the S7X Stronghold Roaster is set to create a consistent taste. In addition, the grinder for hand dripping uses Malconic to provide consistent and flavorful coffee.

웰디벨롭 로스터리의  전반적인 조명은 따뜻한  느낌의 전구색 핀 조명 세팅으로 분위기 있고 밝게 조명톤을 구성하였으며,  S7X 스트롱홀드 로스터 사용으로 일관된 맛을 낼 수 있도록 세팅하였습니다. 또한, 핸드드립을 위한 그라인더는 말코닉 사용으로 일관되고 풍미가 좋은 커피를 제공할 수 있도록 하였습니다.

WebDevelop Roastery, born with Heeyeonjae, is a small space with the regional characteristics of Yeongjongdo, but it will become a trendy store representing Yeongjongdo that presents great emotions and happy memories to customers who visit cafes.

이번 희연재와 함께 태어난 웹디벨롭 로스터리는 영종도라는 지역적 특성과 작은 공간이지만 카페를 찾는 고객들에게는 큰 감동과 행복한 기억을 선물하는 영종도를 대표하는  트렌디한 매장이 될 것입니다.
