I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE is a project that was commissioned by Heeyeonjae to produce a cafe outside the city center where you can enjoy with your beloved wife, Kim Myung-hoon, the vocalist of Ulala Session, who won the Superstar K3.
Ulala Session was the team that best matched Superstar K's slogan, 'Sing a miracle', with a skill that was hard to compare with the teams that participated at the time. It is also a team that made an impression.
I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE (아쎄커유쎄피)는 슈퍼스타 K3에서 우승을 차지한 울랄라세션의 보컬리스트인 김명훈 대표가 사랑하는 와이프와 함께 도심에서 즐길 수 있는 외곽 카페 연출을 희연재에 의뢰하여 진행된 프로젝트입니다.
울랄라세션은 당시 참가했던 팀들과 비교하기 힘들 정도로 좋은 실력으로 슈퍼스타 K의 슬로건인 '기적을 노래하라'와 가장 부합하고 잘 어울렸던 팀으로써 오디션팀 사상 가장 압도적인 우승을 차지하며 대중들에게 강한 인상을 남긴 팀이기도 합니다.
도심에서 즐길 수 있는 외곽 카페
I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE (아쎄커유쎄피)는 단독 주택을 전체적으로 개조해야 하는 이슈와 전체 디자인 시 기존의 러프하고 레트로 한 느낌을 살리면서도 현실적으로 카페를 운영하는데 불편함이 없도록 하는 것이 관건이었습니다.
따라서 외곽 커피점들이 가지고 있는 장점과 느낌 그리고 분위기를 도심에서도 살려내기 위하여 프로젝트 기간동안 남양주 외곽지역에 성공적으로 포지셔닝 한 다양한 카페들을 투어 하며 미팅을 진행하였습니다.
The key to I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE was to renovate the detached house as a whole, and to keep the rough and retro feel of the original design as a whole, while making sure that there was no inconvenience in operating a cafe in reality.
Therefore, in order to not forget the strengths, feelings, and atmosphere of the coffee shops in the city center, the project meeting was held while touring various cafes that successfully positioned them in the outskirts of Namyangju.
레트로 감성을 통해 느끼는 특별함
I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE (아쎄커유쎄피)의 고객 서비스 공간인 2층은 깔끔하면서도 공간마다의 콘셉트를 레트로 감성의 특별함과 독특함으로 잡았고, 커피 바를 비롯하여 2층으로 오르면서 보이는 특별한 공간은 따뜻하고 깔끔한 이미지를 강조하였습니다.
또한, 내부 화장실은 여자 / 남자로 구분 짓고 최소한의 공간 구성과 세면대 및 수전 등은 미니멀하게 구성하여 공간 활용률을 최대한 확보하였습니다.
특히, 3층 옥탑이었던 공간 같은 경우는 창 전체가 뜯겨 나간 부분을 보강하게 위해 새롭게 프레임 작업을 진행하였고, 통창으로 변경하여 실내에 외풍이 들지 않도록 창틀 및 주변 콘크리트 골조 보강 보수 작업을 진행하였습니다.
The 2nd floor, the customer service space of I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE, is neat and organized so that the concept of each space has a retro sensibility, and the concept is special and unique. The space shown with a warm and clean image was emphasized.
In addition, the internal toilet is divided into male and female, but has a minimum space, and cases such as washbasin and faucet are configured in a minimal way to ensure maximum space utilization.
In particular, a new frame work was carried out to reinforce the part where the entire window of the space that used to be a three-story rooftop was torn off, and the window frame and the surrounding concrete frame were reinforced and repaired to prevent drafts from entering the room by changing to a through window.

I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE (아쎄커유쎄피)의 커피 바는 고객이 가장 많은 시선이 머무르는 만큼 전체적으로 그레이 톤의 연출과 스타코 페인트 시공을 통해 자연스러우면서도 러프한 이미지를 주었고 상판은 구리 철판을 사용함으로써 깔끔하고 무게감 있게 연출하였습니다.
또한, 커피 머신은 라마르조끄 세팅을 통해 맛의 표현력을 한층 더 높임으로써 좀 더 고급스러운 브랜드 이미지를 강조할 수 있도록 진행하였습니다.
As the coffee bar of I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE attracts the most attention from customers, it gave a natural and rough image through the overall gray tone and Starco paint construction. Made with weight.
In addition, the coffee machine was developed to emphasize a more luxurious brand image by further enhancing the expressive power of taste through the La Marzoc setting.

마지막으로 3층 테라스 공간과 내부 옥탑방을 개조한 공간들은 자유롭고 러프하게 캠핑을 즐기는 것과 같은 분위기의 연출과 테이블을 팔레트로 활용해서 특별한 공간에 온 것 같은 느낌을 살리고 가수 연예인이 운영하는 카페인만큼 특별하고 개성이 넘치는 공간을 만들기 위한 소품들과 조명 가구까지도 까다롭게 선택 및 배치하였습니다.
현재 I SAY CO YOU SAY FFEE (아쎄커유쎄피)는 구리 남양주 일대에서 울랄라세션 김명훈 씨가 운영하는 카페로 입소문이 나서 꾸준한 매출을 보유한 유명 명소가 되었으며 최근 싱어 게인을 통해 대표인 김명훈 씨의 브랜드 인지도가 더욱 상승되면서 다양한 마케팅의 전개와 수많은 리뷰로 꾸준히 사랑받고 있습니다.
