This is a project with Heeyeonjae for the purpose of increasing the quality of commercial districts through revitalization of cafes and obtaining both the value of the building and the profits of the cafes by operating the cafe directly, rather than renting it out to the owner of the building.



건물을 소유한 건물주가 임차를 주는 방법이 아닌 직접 카페를 운영함으로써  카페 활성화를 통한  상권의 퀄리티를 높여 건물의 가치와 카페 수익을 함께 얻기 위한 목적으로 희연재와 함께한 프로젝트입니다. 


커피 디지 지축점과 희연재와의 인연

건물주가 자신의 건물의 가치를 높이기 위한 방법을 찾아보던 중  커피 디지 브랜드에 대한 호감과 브랜드를 운영하는 대표의 책임감 및 성실성을 인상 깊게 본 건물주의 아내를 통해 건물 1층에 개업하게 되었습니다. 

While the owner of the building was looking for a way to increase the value of his building, he was impressed with the coffee dizzy brand and the responsibility and sincerity of the owner of the brand.


누구라도 가고 싶은 향긋한 커피 전문점

커피 디지 지축점의  주변 환경은 현재 아파트 밀집 지역과 더불어 은평 진관동 바로 옆에 있는 지축 상권으로, 주변 오피스 빌딩 및 상가 빌딩들이 들어서고 있는 신도시 개발지역입니다. 현재 커피 디지 지축점은 건물 바로 앞 유동 인구가 많은 산책로가 있어 많은 고객들이 방문하고 있으며  바로 옆 건물에 신규 프랜차이즈 카페가 입점하였음에도 희연재가 설계한 커피 디지 지축점의 인테리어 콘셉트 및 디자인이 더욱 감각적이면서도 특별하다는 평가를 받았습니다. 



The surrounding environment of Coffee Digi Jichuk Branch is the Jichuk commercial area right next to Eunpyeong Jingwan-dong along with the current apartment-dense area, a new urban development area with surrounding office buildings and commercial buildings. Currently, Coffee Digijichuk Branch has a promenade with a lot of floating population right in front of the building, so many customers are visiting. Even though a new franchise cafe has opened in the building right next door, the interior concept and design of Coffee Digijichuk Branch designed by Heeyeonjae is more sensuous. It was rated as special.


고객에게도 건물 입주민에게도 특별한 공간

 커피 디지 지축점이 입점된 건물 2층, 3층, 4층은 일반 주택으로 1층 카페 입점을 통해 나머지 입주민들에게는 마치 라운지 같은 효과를 줄 수 있었으며, 매장 인테리어 디자인 및 톤 앤 매너는 전반적으로 밝은 톤의 우드와 아이보리 색상 그리고 라이트 그레이 바닥 타일 조합으로 화사하고 밝게 진행하였습니다.

또한 커피 바는 밝은 우드톤의 템바 보드 세팅과 커피 바 상부 우드 라인조명을 제작하여 커피 바 연출하였고, 간단한 베이커리류와 디저트 메뉴 제공을 위한 베이킹 실은 외부에서 보이지 않도록 커피 바 뒤쪽 히든 룸 세팅을 진행하였습니다. 

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building where the Coffee Digi branch is located are general houses, and the cafe on the 1st floor gave the rest of the occupants a lounge-like effect. The combination of wood, ivory and light gray floor tiles is bright and bright. Also, for the coffee bar, the coffee bar was created by setting a bright wood tone temba board and wood line lighting on the top of the coffee bar..



낮에도 밤에도 아름다운 카페

매장 주변 환경을 보면  상가들이  많은 상업 지역이 아니기 때문에 건물 주변이 상당히 어두워 보였고 이를 해결하기 위해 낮뿐만 아니라 밤이 되어도 전체적으로 환하게 밝아 보일 수 있도록  디자인 설계하였습니다. 

또한 낮에는 매장의 3면 창으로 빛이 따뜻하게 들어오고 저녁에는 멀리서 봐도 눈에 띄면서도 내부가 주변에 비해서 밝아 보일 수 있도록 설계하였고, 심플하고 큰 외부 창에 고객을 위한 포토존을 만들기 위하여 시트 커팅으로 디자인된 비비드 색상의 띠 장식과 레드 컬러의 어닝 및 띠 장식을 설치하였습니다. 이는 낮에도 밤에도 아름다운 카페 분위기를 만듭니다. 



Looking at the environment around the store, it looked quite dark around the building because it was not a commercial area with many shopping malls.

In addition, during the daytime, light enters through the three-sided windows of the store, and in the evening, it stands out from a distance and makes the interior appear brighter than the surroundings.
In order to create a photo zone for customers on a simple and large exterior window, vivid color band decorations designed with sheet cutting and red color awnings and band decorations were installed. This creates a beautiful cafe atmosphere both during the day and at night.


커피만큼이나  향기로운 카페 컨설팅

 희연재는 커피 디지 매장 주변에 있는 산책로의 장점을 살려  카페 메뉴 구성시 아이스크림 및 테이크아웃을 위한 캔 실러 ( 캔 포장기계 ) 머신 세팅을 통해 매출 증진에 큰 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 해당 매장은 직화 커피 전문점으로써  풍미가 좋고 바디감이 높은  커피를 내리기 위해  커피머신과 그라인더 등의 카페 장비 컨설팅 및 메뉴 그리고,  바리스타 교육, 커피 사업 노하우등의 전문적인 교육을 함께 진행하였습니다. 



Heeyeonjae took advantage of the promenade around the Coffee Digi store to help increase sales by setting up a can sealer (can packaging machine) machine for ice cream and takeout when composing the cafe menu, and the store is directly heated. As a coffee specialty store, we conducted professional education such as coffee machine and grinder consulting and menu, barista education, and coffee business know-how in order to brew coffee with good flavor and high body.





현재 커피 디지 소재 건물은 1층 매장의 완성으로 전 층이 공실 없는 건물로 완성이 되었습니다. 또한, 최근 건물을 소유하고 있거나 시행사가 직접 카페를 오픈하거나 임차 및 건물 가치 상승을 유도할 목적으로 카페 입점을 진행하고 있으며, 건물 1층에 가장 입점시키고 싶은 1순위 업종이 바로 인테리어가 잘 되어 있는 카페이기도 합니다.

In addition, recently, the owner of a building or the developer directly opens a cafe or enters a cafe for the purpose of inducing rent and building value increase. It is also a cafe.
