브레젠트는 어떤 브랜드인가요??
"나폴레옹 제과점에서 총괄 관리자로 근무를 하다가 나와서 작은 매장부터 시작했고 현재는 정자역 야탑역 2개의 매장이 운영 중인 전문 베이커리입니다. 나름 열심히 하다 보니 방송에도 출연을 하게 되었었고 생방송투데이에는 다쿠와즈 맛집으로 소개가 되기도 했었어요! 그러면서 고객들이 많이 찾아오기 시작해 주변에도 입소문이 빨리 날 수 있었고 현재까지도 정자동 카페거리에서는 인지도가 꽤 생겼습니다. 그래서 희연재와 인연이 되어 2호점인 야탑역 점을 오픈하게 되었습니다 "
“I worked as a general manager at Napoleon Bakery and started with a small store, and now it is a specialized bakery with two stores at Jeongja Station and Yatap Station. At the same time, a lot of customers started to come and word of mouth quickly spread around the area, and to this day, the cafe street in Jeongja-dong is well known.
희연재와 함께 하면서 인상 깊었던 것은 어떤 것이 있을까요??
" 지인들의 추천으로 희연 재가 진행했던 결과물들 중에서 카페 위주로 찾아보게 되었고 저희가 원하는 이미지와 맞을 수 있도록 제안을 받았습니다. 그러면서 저희가 원하는 느낌을 찾을 수 있도록 구성을 해주었고 예전에 인테리어 공사를 하면서 진행 중에 업체와 소통이 되지 않아서 불편했어서 그런 면을 중요하게 보았는데 희연재는 그런 면에서 소통이 가장 잘되었고 제가 미쳐 생각하지 못했던 부분까지 확인해서 알려주는 등의 노력들이 좋게 보였습니다.
그로 인해 처음에 제안받았던 3D 시안과 같은 결과물이 나올 수 있었다고 생각합니다. 소통이 되지 않고 진행 사항에 대한 믿음이 안 생겼다면 현재 저는 매장과 베이커리 공장을 운영을 하고 있기 때문에 다른 업무에도 큰 지장을 주었을 것 같습니다. 결과물도 만족스럽게 나와서 정자동에 오는 분들도 야탑에 오셔서 이쁘다고 말씀을 해주시고 리뷰도 많이 생겨나고 있고 직원들도 편하게 일을 할 수 있는 공간이 된 것 같습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 매출도 점점 상승하고 있어서 올해가 기대가 되네요^^
" With the recommendation of acquaintances, among the results of Heeyeonjae's progress, I searched mainly for cafes, and received suggestions to match the image we wanted. In the meantime, he organized it so that we could find the feeling we wanted. It was inconvenient because it was inconvenient to communicate with the company, so I saw that aspect as important, but Heeyeonjae communicated the best in that aspect, and the efforts such as checking and telling me about things I did not think about were good.
As a result, I think we were able to produce the same result as the 3D draft that was initially proposed. If there was no communication and no trust in the progress, I think it would have had a big impact on other work as I am currently running a store and a bakery factory. The results were satisfactory, and people who come to Jeongja-dong also came to Yatap and said that it was pretty, and there are a lot of reviews, and it seems that it has become a space where employees can work comfortably. And, most importantly, the sales are also increasing, so I'm looking forward to this year ^^
앞으로 희연재와 어떤 일들을 해보고 싶으신가요?
"희연재 김선규 대표와는 처음 알게 된 이후에 지속적으로 상호 간에 발전을 위해서 지원을 하고 있습니다. 저희도 희연재가 오픈하는 매장들에 대한 베이커리로써의 지원을 할 것이고
저희 또한 희연 재가 잘하고 있는 카페 운영에 대한 컨설팅을 받으면서 상호 간에 도움을 줄 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 저도 그렇고 희연재의 건승을 기원합니다
